The General Faculty has only one regular meeting each year. That meeting will be held on Monday, October 14, 2018, in MAI 212, at 2:15 pm. The Faculty Council meeting will follow the General Faculty meeting.
The annual meeting of the School of Undergraduate Studies will be held at 1:15 pm immediately preceding the Faculty Council meeting on February 17, 2020.
Unless notified otherwise, all Faculty Council meetings listed below will be held in MAI 212 at 2:15 pm. The annual photograph will be taken at 2:00 pm in the Main Building at the south entrance immediately prior to the September 16 meeting.

Unless members are notified otherwise by the standing committee convener, the General Faculty Standing Committees will hold their initial meeting on Monday, September 9 in Main 212 at 2:15 pm. Subsequent meeting dates, times, and places will be scheduled according to individual committee needs.
The State of the University Address is tentatively scheduled for September 18 at 3:00 pm in the B. Iden Payne Theatre in the Winship Drama Building.
The Joint Meeting of the Faculty Council with the Texas A&M Faculty Senate will be hosted by Texas A&M University at College Station; the time and place to be determined.
